Terms and Conditions of Sale — Natura Events LLC

1. Scope. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of products and services from Natura Events LLC ("Natura Events," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company, through naturaeventsllc.com or in person. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products and Services. Natura Events sells gender-reveal event products (fireworks and pyrotechnic items, smoke products, decor, and related items) and event-planning/production services. Fireworks and pyrotechnic products are sold subject to a separate Fireworks Liability Waiver and Release, which the customer must review and accept before any order containing such products is fulfilled.

3. Pricing and Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit and payment schedules for event service packages, when applicable, are set out in the applicable quote or service agreement.

4. Shipping and Delivery. Available shipping options, estimated timeframes, and any product-specific restrictions are presented at checkout. Local pickup is available; pickup details are provided once your order is confirmed.

5. Returns and Refunds. Due to the nature of event and pyrotechnic products, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Pyrotechnic, consumable, and custom or event-specific items are generally not eligible for return once delivered or used. Contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

6. Event Services. For booked event services (shows, reveals, decor setup), cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in your service agreement or quote.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release (Fireworks/Pyrotechnics). Use of fireworks, smoke products, and powder cannons carries inherent risk of injury or property damage. Customers purchasing or using these products acknowledge and accept this risk and agree to the terms of the separate Fireworks Liability Waiver and Release, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Natura Events LLC's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Natura Events LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Compliance with Law. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the possession, use, and discharge of fireworks and pyrotechnic devices in their jurisdiction, including any permit requirements.

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms. Natura Events LLC may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
